I'm very careful when it comes to packaging, and I take full responsibility if anything gets damaged during shipping. If your order arrives broken, please contact me — I’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement.

If you're unable to pick up your package from the post office and it gets returned to me, I can reship it, but please note that the shipping cost is to be paid again. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, it will be issued excluding the original shipping fee.
